Counter Worx have installed counters for us on two separate occassions and both were great experiences. Pricing was reasonable and both counters had some complex curves which were measured perfectly by the team. Our stove in our kitchen was a bit snug on initial fit once it was installed and the install team came back and made necessary adjustments to ensure a good fit. Overall, I'm very happy with our experiences with Granite Outlet and highly recommend!

We worked with Walter, the sales person. He was fantastic! We got to pick out exactly what granite we wanted for our backyard bar. Within a couple days we were able to schedule for someone to come out and measure the area. After that, we talked some numbers and finalized our granite we picked. From the time we picked what we wanted to install was super quick! I want to say less than a week, we had our countertops. Highly recommend using granite outlet!

I had a very good experience in terms of both the sales process and execution of my countertops. The price was very fair, much better than the big box stores. And, the installation was flawless.

From start to finish my kitchen countertop experience was excellent. The show room repesentative was top notch, all of my questions were answered. I explained what I was searching for and I was provided that item to look over; not a lot of offering we things I was not interested in. Granite had the countertop remover, installer, and plumber all contact me to schedule their part of the job. The work was all complete within two day. Everyone was on time, curious, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Granite Outlet checked in on the job throughout to ensure everything was going well. I'm excited to write a review! Granite Oulet's amazing customer service is the BEST! To wrap up my whole experience in one word.... WONDERFUL. Kenny is GREAT! He was helpful and patient with us during the stone countertop selection. I found exactly what I was looking for at a lower price then Home Depot or Lowes and they handle everything from beginning to end. Kenny moved mountains (Big Mountains) to make sure all turned out to my satisfaction... I felt valued as a customer and my happiness was their biggest concern from beginning to end! Installers were clean, courteous and professional. A very big shout out with 10 starts to the fabricators at 'Counter Workx' in Beltsville! They made perfect cuts, matched granite veins and hid seams to leave me with the most beautiful granite counter top ever! Can't recommend Granite Outlet enough! Thank you Kenny, I'll be back!

Everyone is so helpful and quick to respond. Our installation had a minor issue with the stone not lining up. A crew was here in a day and fixed it quickly. I love my new basement, kitchen space!

We had a fairly large basement remodel and went with this company for the bar. They came out and measured and installed with a quick turn around time. Highly recommend

Granite Outlet completed a major renovation in my house which included kitchen, master bathroom, hall bathroom and powder room. It included bringing everything down to the studs and then installing tile, countertops, cabinets, backsplash, wall tile, plumbing, shower glass enclosures and appliances. I worked with Miguel (sales manager), Dulcie (interior design) and Abat (contractor).

Granite Outlet was efficient, communicative, and did a professional installation. The job was done much quicker than expected. The white ice granite top was installed flawlessly, with the seam almost unnoticeable, and holes drilled in the correct spot. To save time, we had the 28" wide double sink shipped to the fabrication site. The plumber went out of his way to be sure his work was complete.

Very helpful an great to work with, also ease of scheduling deliveries, Templates & installs. Dulcie offered cost savings suggestions that improved cabinet quality while saving money and delivery time. Steve worked my last granite project from a remnant they had an it looks great. I have been a customer for quite some time an they never let me down. Great people !!

Walter was great to work with! He was responsive, patient and helpful with any questions I had. The install time was about two weeks from template appointment so very reasonable especially since it was over the holiday. Install looks fantastic. Extremely happy with my countertops!

Our experience overall with everyone at Granite Outlet was amazing. Kwame handled the cabinet design layout and delivery. Addressing any delivery issues that arose from the supplier. The 3D drawing was a wonderful tool also. Kenny coordinated the countertop purchase and installation, from providing a number of distributors when he saw what we wanted and scheduling measurements and delivery. The only hiccup was with the countertop installers, who were pleasant but not thorough. Needed follow up but would use and recommend Granite Outlets again.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered a granite or quartz countertop from Granite outlet. They have great customer service and pricing is reasonable. I use them everytime for countertops.

We needed a small piece of granite or quartz to top our vanity. They had an enormous—almost overwhelming—selection of remainder slabs to choose from and pricing was far better than other local establishments. It's unfortunate that these slabs are stored outside where they are exposed to the elements and sun as there were some slabs we were interested in but had to reject from our final choices due to sun bleaching or other environmental damage. That being said, we are ecstatic with our final choice. Our only "complaint" is that turnaround time to installation (1½ weeks) was sightly longer than we were initially informed but was also still much quicker than other establishments as well. We would definitely use them again!
